Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic performance media team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven paid media expert with a proven track record in overseeing and optimising performance media campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies, a strong grasp of emerging trends, and the ability to drive impactful outcomes through innovative campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance media strategies aligned with business goals and target audience profiles
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and other relevant platforms
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Stay up to date on digital trends, ad platform changes, and new tools to inform and evolve campaign strategy
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, translating insights into clear actions
  • Lead A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
  • Manage and optimize media budgets for maximum efficiency and return on investment
  • Explore new paid channels, tools, and tactics to innovate and scale campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, advertising regulations, and privacy requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a digital agency environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Excellent English communication skills, especially in writing high-converting ad copy
  • Deep knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to draw insights from campaign data
  • Experience managing campaigns end to end, from setup to optimization to reporting

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical SEO, on-page, and off-page strategies.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI-driven search dynamics.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
