SEO & AI Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SEO & AI Optimization Specialist to develop and execute advanced SEO strategies while leveraging AI-driven tools and LLM (Large Language Model) optimization techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in traditional SEO best practices combined with a deep understanding of how AI and generative models are transforming search and content discovery. Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization – Perform ongoing keyword and AI-powered semantic search analysis, identifying high-value opportunities.
  • On-Page Optimization – Fine-tune meta tags, title tags, header tags, structured data, and content for both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery tools.
  • AI & LLM Optimization – Optimize content for AI-driven search engines (e.g., Google SGE, Bing AI, Perplexity).
    Enhance visibility within LLM-generated responses (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
  • Apply prompt engineering and retrieval optimization to maximize brand visibility across AI-powered platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Monitor and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and AI-enhanced SEO platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis – Conduct competitor and industry research, including AI-based content gap analysis, to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Content Collaboration – Partner with writers and creators to produce high-quality, SEO + AI-optimized content that ranks and appears in AI-driven results.
  • Technical SEO & AI Readiness – Ensure websites are optimized for crawlability, indexing, and AI-readiness (structured data, knowledge graphs, embeddings).
  • Stay Current – Keep up to date with SEO, AI, and generative search trends, algorithm updates, and evolving best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical SEO, on-page, and off-page strategies.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI-driven search dynamics.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Experience with AI and LLM optimization techniques, including structured data, embeddings, and prompt optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
